SAMET NANGSHE VIEWPOINT

From the Samet Nangshe Viewpoint you have a 180 degree view over Phang Nga. You overlook the largest mangrove forest in Thailand and Phang Nga Bay! The view is breathtakingly beautiful!

The Samet Nangshe Viewpoint is very beautiful during the day but it is even more beautiful when the sun rises! The sun rises between 05.30 and 06.00 above the limestone rock formations of Phang Nga Bay. But also the evenings and nights are beautiful because of the super good stargazing when the sky is clear. So prepare yourself for a night of little sleep and an unforgettable experience!

Two viewpoints

There are two places where you can enjoy the view. The “official” Samet Nangshe Viewpoint and the slightly lower Bay View Cafe. The Samet Nangshe Viewpoint is the highest located and has a more simple setting and restaurant.

The Bay View Cafe is a nicely furnished place with a nice terrace. There are all kinds of attributes such as swings and rattan bird nests with which you can take a picture. Slightly lower than the Bay View Cafe is the Samet Nangshe Boutique Hotel.
