PLATINUM FASHION MALL
Platinum Fashion Mall is a paradise for shopaholics, bargain hunters and traders. There are 5 floors full of small shops and many fellow shoppers. Get ready for a full day of shopping and put on good walking shoes in preparation, because shopping in Platinum Fashion Mall can almost be called top sport! There are almost 3,000 shops here! Most clothing and accessories are aimed at women and children, but fortunately there are also shops for men. The floors are divided by gender and product. For example, men’s clothing can be found mainly on the fourth floor.
Local brands
The clothing you can buy here is mainly from local brands, this means that no famous brand clothing is sold here, a few shops sell some counterfeit goods. The prices you pay for the articles are cheap, often cheaper than on the well known (tourist) markets. Because Platinum Fashion Mall is actually a wholesaler, you get a discount if you buy multiple items of the same product. Ask for this if you intend to do so.
TIP!
If you really buy a lot, then you can choose to use local DHL and have your stuff shipped to your home address. Please note: Some products are banned in the home country and you should also be aware of possible import taxes. More information can be found on your local customs website.

Buy, buy and don’t look
Platinum Fashion Mall is not the place to marvel at beautiful and luxurious shop windows or fancy restaurants. Most Thai and tourists come here with only one purpose and that is to buy, buy and buy again! A disadvantage of Platinum Fashion Mall is that you are not allowed to try on your clothes (except once in a while). That is why it is handy to know your Thai size. If you wear clothing size M in the west, this could be an L or even an XL in Thai sizes. If you have seen every shop at the mall and want to continue shopping (hero!), then cross the street. There you can continue where you left off at the Pratunam Market where they often sell the same products as in the Platinum Fashion Mall.
TIP!
Even though there are just official opening hours, quite a few shopkeepers in Platinum Fashion Mall simply draw their own plan. They open later and/or close earlier than indicated. If you want to be able to shop optimally between 10.00 and 18.00, most shops are open.
