MADAME TUSSAUDS BANGKOK
Madame Tussauds Bangkok is the Thai translation of our own wax museum in Amsterdam. All images are 1/1 scale models and appear lifelike without exaggeration! Especially on arrival it is just as exciting because you have the feeling that the statues are real! Extra special is that you can also touch the images and you can get very close! Madame Tussauds Bangkok is therefore the place for a selfie with your big idol, success guaranteed!
All wax statues are classified by category such as: royalties, leaders, music, sports, art, science and film. There is even a real Bollywood department! Of course, Madame Tussauds Bangkok also shows the famous greats and superstars of our planet such as Einstein, Picasso, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Lady Gaga!
In addition, Madame Tussauds Bangkok also shows celebrities that you will not soon see in the Dutch Madame Tussauds, such as Buddhadasa, a Thai Buddhist monk who is considered the most respected monk in the world.
For Westerners, there will undoubtedly be unknown wax figures in Madame Tussauds Bangkok. But because there is information about the image with every image, you get to know a lot and you get to know a Thai super model, for example. You will find out which TV series and characters are also hot in Thailand and Asia. See it as a piece of culture!
No Time For Nuts!
At the end of your visit to Madame Tussauds Bangkok you can go to the super fun Ice Age 4D movie, No Time For Nuts! The ticket for this film is included with your ticket. The cinema with moving seats, 4D glasses and all kinds of special effects is fun for young and old! Don’t miss it when you get there!
That’s how they do it!
In Madame Tussauds Bangkok is also a part where you can see step by step how the wax sculptures are made. That is a real precision work that is taken extremely seriously, this can definitely be seen in the images! For example did you know that all the hair of the characters is applied hair by hair! Imagine yourself being busy to apply the hair from Beyoncé or Einstein! The hairs of the images are regularly washed and styled again and the makeup is also constantly updated. The stars must of course continue to look flashy! If you want, you can also have your own hand(s) made from wax! (e.g. 350 baht).
