COFFEE IN LOVE
Are you on your way on the road and do you want to start the day with a good coffee in Pai? Then Coffee in Love is the right place for you! This well-attended coffeeshop not only offers you good (iced) coffee, but also really gives you a beautiful view of the surroundings of Pai. Take Route 1095 in southern direction and then this coffee shop is almost unmissable. Otherwise you will notice the yellow house of the neighbors.
Is there only coffee available at Coffee in Love?
No, besides fairly good coffee, cold or hot, in various flavors and sizes, there is of course much more to get at Coffee in Love. For example, you can have breakfast with an egg, bacon and toast. Or lunch with a hamburger or Thai curry. Of course it’s also possible to order just a soda or fruit shake and there are also various sweets such as brownies and cakes available. In short, there is something for everyone at Coffee in Love!

Coffee in Love as an ideal start or end location
From Pai Walking Street you are within 10 minutes at Coffee in Love. This nice coffee shop is located along route 1095. It’s the ideal first stop if you want to visit the Pai Land Split, Pam Bok Waterfall or the Book Ko Ku So Bridge. Other good combinations are Pai Canyon, Memorial Bridge and the Tha Pai Hot Spring. For both routes Coffee in Love is a great start or finish location!

Coffee in Love as a movie location
In 2009 Coffee in Love appeared in the Thai film “Pai in Love” which made the location and Pai itself known to the general Thai public. Three years later, in 2012, the location (and village) became even more famous because of a Chinese film. “Lost in Thailand” (according to some the Asian version of the movie “The Hangover”). This film made Coffee in Love incredibly popular with the Chinese. Almost every Chinese who visits Pai makes a stop here for a photo (we can tell you that there are many Chinese there!). The funny thing is that many of the Thai and Chinese who visit this place try to imitate the poses like in the movie. Sit down for it and enjoy all those beautiful photo opportunities. And of course the beautiful view over the valley!
DO YOU KNOW?
You can watch both movies on YouTube. The movie “Lost in Thailand” even with English subtitles and the movie “Pai in Love” we only found in Thai (at 1:04:11 you can see Coffee in Love).

Coffee in Love that view!
The best thing about Coffee in Love is the amazing view you have of the valley and the mountains beyond. Here you get a good picture of what the surroundings of Pai look like and that is incredibly beautiful! Take your coffee and walk towards the yellow house. If all goes well you’ll see a wooden walkway towards the white terrace. There it is often quieter and you can enjoy your drink. Coffee in Love equals love the view!

Post a message at Coffee in Love?!
Of course Coffee in Love and the yellow house of the neighbors have been posted countless times on Instagram and Facebook. You get free wifi here for a reason. But what we mean is that you can still post a postcard nostalgically. Stamps and postcards are for sale here. You can post your postcard right away at the big red mailbox for Coffee in Love!
The neighbours in that yellow house (Baan Pai Fah Pai Fun or Yellow House)
Next to Coffee in Love is a striking yellow house. What many do not know is that you can spend the night in this striking yellow house. The prices were untraceable for us and there were no available dates. In any case, we can imagine that this has been fully booked some time in advance and that it will be quite a pricey overnight stay. We just wonder if it’s nice to wake up with all those photographers at our doorstep!
